Get Fit in style! 1 hour online dance workout (Tuesday) or Ballet fitness (Thursday) followed by 1 hour burlesque dancing. At the first part, we focus on the major muscles to increase strength and flexibility and at the second part of the class, we make sure to enjoy being a woman with sexy and sassy dances,

ONLINE BEGINNERS BALLET  - Every Wednesday evening

As it's known, ballet is the base for most of the dance styles so it is good to refresh and also to practice and go back from the beginning.

At our online beginners ballet we mostly focus on barre exercises and to develop and maintain techniques that will be useful for other styles of dances too.

ONLINE FLEXIBILITY  - Every Wednesday evening

Flexibility is part of our lives even as an everyday person but when it is comes to dancing it is even more important.

According to Healthline "Increasing your flexibility is right up there with cardiovascular health and strength training when it comes to staying fit and healthy." ...and we cannot agree more!

Join our weekly flexibility class where we will focus on improving not only the muscles that we use in our everyday life but also on extra dancer staff such as splits.
